David Lloyd, Cambridge

David Lloyd’s Cambridge facilities are situated in Coldham’s Business Park. As part of a £3.5m investment programme into the club, Eugen Phoenix Solution worked in collaboration with Oakley & Sons contractors to bring a luxury spa retreat area to life, equipped with an outdoor garden, swimming pool and sauna room.

We were responsible for groundworks for the project, starting with demolition and preparation of the site. Eugen Phoenix Solution provided steel frame foundations and concrete cutting for the main building.

The garden flooring was elegantly surfaced with tiling and artificial grass. Our team installed cladding on adjacent building walls and performed some brickwork within the garden.
