As part of the essential infrastructure for HS2, a compound was constructed in Southam to provide offices and storage facilities for the HS2 workforce. Eugen Phoenix Solution contributed groundworks and roadworks to the compound construction.

Most of the project was completed with night works, including surfacing an access road with asphalt, laying cables for traffic lights and installing a channel drainage system for the compound.
