K3 - Kents Hill Business Park, Milton Keynes

K3 is a detached building at Kents Hill Business Park, recently developed to provide 1300 m² Grade A office space as part of investments into the property by the owners, Circle Property PLC.

Avondale Construction were the principal contractor for the redevelopment, tasking Eugen Phoenix Solution with extending a private car park for K3 to add 60 additional spaces. We installed cycle racks, EV charging stations and lamp posts to improve the existing car park. The client also required an enclosure for the new AC units of the building, as well as some cable ducting and connecting pipes to the main network.

We were responsible for both hard and soft landscaping on site, including a new gabion rock wall and some ground levelling.
